Hi Gazza,
I'm not an expert but am looking at gas system options cheaper and less hassle than Calor bottles on here and other Moho sites. My understanding is that as a pressure vessel they have to be replaced/tested after 10 years, starting from original purchase date.

Where should I look to find the date? I'll look for it tomorrow.
i think these have a 15year guarantee.

The earlier ones came with a 15 year guarantee/re-test limit, the newer ones are 10 years I believe.

I think the dates are punched into the lower rim, from memory.
Having once visited GasLow people, they did not seem concerned about dates an if there was ever any problem, they would deal with it. Good people.

We are on the look out for a new van in the next 4 weeks, we just need to decide which one globecar or Hobby.
We will know for next week which one and I will measure the gas locker.
