Gaslow - is this normal? (1 Viewer)

Been to refill what seemed to be an empty cylinder so should be 20+ litres
First 7litres whoosh in... then I'm hanging on the fill button for ages as the gas seeps in, 0.1 of a litre per sec...
Got cold & bored & got to 15 litres but never got to cutoff...
Is this normal?
Why so slow?

Perhaps I should just be glad I don't seem to use much...

Err on second thoughts, if full it should cut off! When filling ours it comes to a crawl then stops would never get that much more in!

Mike, I get 12 Lts in my empty 6 lt cylinder so assume a 12 Lts Cylinder will take 24 lts when empty. !!

I think there is a mix up between kgs and ltrs!
A 6kg tank will take approx 12 ltrs

Have had the same before, faulty pump, went to another station and filled up with no problems

Differ to everyone else ... mine virtually slowed to a standstill but kept filling for ages.... I panicked in the end and stopped pushing button
I had visions of the top blowing off and me owning ghe first flying motorhome.

I was still delighted how much cheaper it is.
