How would I know if my gas regulater is on its way out and is there a way of testing one?

    Will have it's hat on..

can't really test.. it either works or it doesn't.. and I can honestly say in 30 odd years I've never had one fail yet..

best plan is to carry a spare..

    Hi
I have just had mine fail Truma whilst i was on holiday, rang round and found one at
Dearham caravans when I arrived I was advised to fit a Gaslow regulator £72 with a stainless pipe and 5 year warranty because you dont get a warranty on the Truma £54.
The Gaslow is direct replacement.I have since been to Brownills and they recommend fitting the Gaslow also Paul

Had one bunged up once many years ago, with that smelly YUK you get from the bottles. Just chucked it, and put a new one on. (y)
