Hi,
I have the Gasit LPG system on my M/H if i want to remove the two bottles do they have return valves in each bottle to save the gas or does it vanish into fresh air so to speak.

Many thanks in advance

You won't lose any gas if you disconnect them only what's in the pipe.

Getting better month by month.
The bottles have a valve on top to turn them off so no gas will escape. There will be residue in the pipework though.

Hi,
If that is the case then is there a non return valve on the filling side of the bottle as opposed to the normal on off valve which goes to cooker water heater etc.
Just checking i understand correctly.
Regards
Bill

Gasit bottles have non return built into them you should be able just to unscrew nuts on either regulator or the bottle without problem just make sure you turn the valve off on top of the bottle.

since 2006 ( I think ! )
Just had to replace the plastic flap on the filler as it broke off ( it was about 6 years old and has seen plenty of use ! )
Good folk at Gassit sorted one out for me and it arrived next day..
I had to disconnect the filler hose from the back of the spigot to remove said spigot and fit new flappy thing..
No gas lost at all :)
