Garmin nüvi recall (1 Viewer)

For anyone using a

• nüvi 200W, 250W, & 260W
• nüvi 7xx

Garmin issued a recall notice on the 25th August due to a potentially dodgy battery:

It looks like my 255W might be OK...but having left it in the van in storage I'll be heading down there soon to check the serial number, just in case.

Quick update, they send you a lable and collection can be arranged by UPS, I am impressed took UPs less than an hour to collect.
