I know this theme has been gone over 'n' times, but could someone please point me in the direction of a free (if possible) recent P.O.I. for Aires in France and Spain. I would like to then impregnate my Garmin with this data if the same someone could point me in the right direction to do so.

I downloaded the CamperContact file to my satnav. It is available from their website in Garmin and TomTom formats. I'm not sure if you have to register and buy the full version at £5.99 first but I don't think you do.
The only niggle I have with the file is I can't search using my satnav for the aire reference numbers - you have to enter the place name.

I'm a firm convert to CamperContact. I pay the 6€ a year. I find they have more sites listed than most other sites. I also have Parking4night ( the free version) as a back up. But its the campercontact that is my go to one and I use google sat nav on mjy mobile to get me there.
