sorry I started another thread to say thanks as I did not see this, Nor the pictures

but

Carlsberg don't do Motorhome fun meets, but, if they did, they would do them just like Cheyne and Lynn did.

Wow, what a meet.

it was so so good...

So a massive special thanks to Cheyne and Lynn you were ace.

I just also would like to say a huge thank you to Janine and Barry and Chrisboyo.
These guys played music all night in a superbly erected party tent around a real wood burning fire. It was so surreal and you looked like you were enjoying it too.

The Only complaint I have is that I actually came second in the pie rolling competition with my lob bomb role method, only to be beaten by Artona Stuart late on
And my cheating in the Javelin throwing was rumbled by the ringmaster Cheyne.

The setting was ace, and on my morning run through the nearby forest I spotted a deer and the bluebell woods all around were ace.

So well done Cheyne, and Lynn and hello to all the new funsters that we met.

That certainly was a FUN weekend - thanks everyone!

It was Barrie's first rally and he was dead impressed by the brilliant organisational skills of Cheyne and Lynn and the friendliness of everyone there.

He says it was just like playing in a scene from 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - The Musical' :ROFLMAO:

We thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to all who kept little Jessica entertained and especially for sharing your dogs with her, she talked almost non stop about them on the way back. She loves the photo JJ took of her with Jane's dog also called Jessica.

I should also thank you all for allowing me to be the biggest Fray Bentos tosser of 2011, I am sure you all took a dive on that one :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Loved the music supplied by our neighbours for the weekend Janine and Barrie, accompanied by Chris.

And of course well done Cheyne and Lynn for organising the weekend. It must be five years since we last saw Cheyne and it was great catching up

I know there are many concerned Funsters out there worrying themselves silly about this matter but please rest assured there is no need to...

...I have cooked a "competition" pie tonight (for research purposes only) and despite it's Saturday ordeal it was perfect. True, the pastry was a little wonky but this is not unusual (as Tom would say...)

What a wonderful weekend - our first Funsters meet (and certainly not the last). We can only add our thanks to the many already expressed - well done Lynne and Cheyne for organising such a good event. Great company, great music and most importantly, great FUN.

Just getting ready to leave the rally field - thought you would all like to know that the 'beast' is up and running again - one little happy chappy (Cheyne).
He has now gone off to work in it. A real trouper, going to work every day (to his morning job) whilst the meet was in full swing and back again before most of us were out of bed.

Didn't Lynne and Cheyne do a grand job.

We are now looking forward to our next meet - White House, Misterton.

See some of you there.
