Just had front wheels of 2004 ducato.noticed top of wheel arch starting to show signs of rust.on closer inspection hardly any underseal in places.wire brush out, all cleaned.painted with hamerite rust cure.then hamorite paint.Then a good coating of underseal.other side to finish tomorrow.

When we had our (2003) van serviced a couple of years ago the mechanic pointed out that it needed doing. After using a wire brush (bought one with a D handle for ease) I used Flag Rust Converter followed by Hammerite Underbody Seal. I had a look at it a couple of weeks ago and it was fine.
