Front coil springs (1 Viewer)

Having new springs fitted (VB) so as to lift the front of van up and hopefully a better ride went to have them fitted as arranged telling them vehicle is on a 06 plate but they tell me my van was a 2005 so the springs are the wrong type long journey and cost for nothing has anyone come across this problem

Yours will be an X244 chassis but the X250 wasn't introduced until September 2006 so not many vans will be on the road of that ilk until 2007 on.
They should have got it right from the VIN number.
Most 06 plate conversions will be on 05 chassis due to the time it takes to convert sell and register it.
