Hi, thought I'd upload more photos showing how 'turnbuckle is fitted to hinge bracket, bolt is same thread as in hinge (obviously) with locking nut against fridge, turnbuckle is 'tensioned' with plastic sleeve on bolt - outer sleeve off a bit of round electric flex.
Other pics show fitting of shelf 'stops' - 40mm x 50mm plastic angle - cheap, about a fiver for 3 metres, easy to fit and remove for cleaning - and they don't rattle.
