Isn't that gadget what is in a 12v portable cooler box, or similar?

I wired a computer cooling fan to my solar controller's spare terminals then mounted it inside the top fridge vent on our old MH. It made a difference in some circumstances, but not all the time.

Yes it is!

Some times it makes a difference, some times it does not.

Dometic/Electrolux Caravan type fridges that are Ammonia Absorption have not changed much in 50 + years.

You cannot beat a Compressor refrigeration system, especially with the more efficient R600a Isobutane refrigerant. But the trouble is, they need electricity @ 240v A/C UK or lots of DC power to make them work.

I am currently working on something for my own use, I will keep you posted.

From ebay. Just fit in nicely. The sensor links to an Arduino micro computer that checks the temp and switches fans on if required

Intend fitting 2 computer fans to the rear of my Dometic fridge Have purchased a thermal cut out but where is the best place to fit the cut out .looked at a lot of forums but come up with different opinions. Your help would be appreciated before my planed trip to Spain
