Nearest Dometic service agent is JMR Caravan Care LTD Manchester
Jonathan came to mine in Bradford for a warranty issue and replaced the cooling unit under direction of Dometic

Hi all,
Thanks for help. It was for a Dometic three way AES fridge freezer. It would not get cold. It seems I have been a numpty again as I did not realise the van had to be reasonably level for the fridge to work correctly. I did find a local specialist. Caravandan, he has a Bradford phone number but does have a yard in Keighley. He was very helpful and I will be using him to service the habitation side of things next year. So if you need a man Dan's the man.
