Fridge covetrs when?

    When is the best time put the fridge vent covers on? Now that its getting colder? We shall be using our MH over the next few weeks.

    I think that they say when temp drops below 8 degrees.
    Also handy when windy, so it doesn't keep blowing the flame out :)

    Dometic recommend fitting them when the temperature falls below 10 deg C
    And when washing your van

    It is also advisable to park with the vents away from the wind in the winter and away from the sun in the summer.

    Thanks everybody found one in my "spares" box, so will fit to the lower vent and save up! for another one.

    the tiny buttons on the bottom to lock it in cost £2 each and they always break off.

    Had our MH 8 years, never had one break off, what are you doing to break them?

    So I'll know what not to do. :)
