French Camp Sites - Normandy (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help. I am trying to find a web site with touring/camp sites in Normandy but am failing. Seeking to venture abroad with my young family in August to seek some sun.

What would be great is either...

...some camp site recomendations for the Normandy area, north preferably as not looking to drive for long once in France... i.e. sub 6 hours at 55 mph.... or

...some french camping web sites.

We stayed at a campsite in Benouville, near Oustreham, a few years ago which I would well recommend. If I remember rightly it was about a 3 hour drive from Dunkerque and about 10-15 mins north of Caen, and if you're at all interested in WWII history, it's right next to Pegasus Bridge and the Gondree Cafe (the first building to be liberated on D-Day).
