Forgive me,know this was discussed few days ago but cant find the thread.Does anyone know if the breathalyser kit has to meet any particular specification? as they seem to vary a lot in price.

They are still not a legal requirement so why waste any cash until they are.....?

The law has now been published, and will apply from 1 July 2012. It will not be enforced until 1 November

avoid companies that take your money but have no stock

I ordered on line from Breathalyser UK took the money but no goods arrived, when I chased them up he admitted he had no stocks and would not until later in the year.. he still takes the money and does not tell you.

Also his site is an 0844 and he claims it is a free call - not so.

I asked for the money back and he confirmed the order is cancelled now. BUT NO REFUND received yet.

He is advertising goods he does not have.:Angry::Angry::Angry:

It is the principle not the money.. I have added my LL.b to my name = LL.b = law degree= solicitor.. warned him I will go to trading standards and report his practices.. I just hate it when I feel I am being ripped off.
