You can get Susie Kelly's book Best Foot Forward free today on Amazon.
It may be a story of her walking across France but a) it's very funny and b) it may introduce to places to visit.
I read it when it first came out and have read all her books and know her well in the internet world.
    Well worth reading: http://uk.dailyfreebooks.com/free_ebooks/d/?b=B005UHJAK4

I love Susie's writings. She has a wicked sense of humour but also throws in a lot of interesting facts.
Her book Travels with Tinkerbelle covered a trip round the sort of perimeter of France in a wreck of a motorhome. The Valley of Heaven and Hell was back to a bike and following the last journey of the much mistaken Marie Antoinette.
Her last novel was a different one altogether. I wish I could say I was sorry was the story of her very difficult relationship with her mother. Well written but you had to swallow hard quite often to get to the end.
If you ever see any of her books on special offer I recommend you get them. Or at full price come to that.
I've read the lot several times and loved them but I still have not had a second go at the last one - but I will.
