France-Switzerland (D Tour for my parents 1st visit in Europe) (1 Viewer)

Hello World

This year, around 1st week of June, I am planning to take my parents on D Tour in France and Switzerland.

Plan to start 2-weeks trip from Amiens in motorhome (wife, 2-1/2years kid and my parents) in 1st week of June.

Our preferences are scenic routes, nature, villages.

Rough plan

Amiens -Dijon
Dijon-Annecy
Annecy-Les Houches/Chamonix
Les-Houches-Grindelwald (love this place, has been there with my wife last year).
Grindelwald-Lucerne
Lucerne- Nancy
Nancy- Luxembourg
Luxembourg-Amiens

We would like your feedback and open to change or reroute this plan as we would like to take maximum benefit of Nature and Panoramic views (no cities).

Would like to know, level of difficulty to drive through these areas in motorhome (after finalizing the route, will fix the campgrounds for my trip).

I wondered about that myself ..

then assumed it was just short for detour.. meaning to take the long way round .. like in Desert Detours

no reply form OP , so may never know
