Do any of you know an easy way to find any of the sites listed in the France Passion book. For the life of us today we just couldn't figure out where any of them were, so we have ended up in an Acsi site.

Thinking of using the book as a door stop as can't think of anything better to do with it!

Have you got the latest book , it's got coords in now for your sat nav, same as anything else, almost impossible to find otherwise

I think you programme the coordinates in the sat nav like you can with acsi. I haven't got france passion though so just a guess. Hope you're enjoying yourselves . We just on our way home from ferry. Hope you solve your problem seeing as you don't need a doorstop. X

We were travelling up the A85 towards Rennes and had a lot of trouble finding any motorway aires that hadn't been closed due to the recent flooding. Those that were open were under reconstruction so were almost impossible to get into what with lorries, cars and plant machinery parked all over the place, luckily we had enough fuel to get where we wanted to go. We called in at least four today without luck.

We tried to look in the France Passion book but it was just too difficult as although it gives co-ordinates a name of a village or part of an address would have been helpful.

We got a map with our last one.

We had a bit of bother getting our head around it last month but figured it out in the end. The book is in the MH just now so can't give you chapter and verse on how to use the map and book but should have the book at the end of the week so let me know if you still help then.

I think there is also an apps in the members web site area but didn't check that out.

It is a bit hazy in the maps , but stick with it and you will soon get the hang of it, it's in different sections and then different colours then when you have done that the corisponding map in the book shows you in more detail, it's a French thing(n):)

We really enjoy the challenge of finding a French Passion site and quite enjoy the solitude . Its like a motorhoming version of Geo Caching

There are detailed maps at the front of the France Passion book with a colour codes index telling where each site is.

Thanks to all of you who have replied, your comments are very much appreciated.

Have now logged onto the members area of France Passion and it is much easier to search for a site.

We are travelling back home on Sunday so booking with FP will have to wait until next time.
