Forum Software Change (1 Viewer)

I had this problem when I first started using this Forum but found the answer was to click on the Home button. This shows the last 30 posts with the posts to the "dross" area listed separately below them. Hopefully the new software will have a similar workaround.

My pet theory is most people don't like change so I suspect no matter how smoothly this changeover goes there will be moans. So, MHF regulars, brace up, stiffen lips, gird loins and - be positive!

Although we could have a sweep on who will raise the first complaint...

It is currently rebuilding the search index. It is painfully slow. We are hoping this will complete within the next half hour or so. It absolutely flies normally.

I just had a wee thought re the u shaped lounge thing.. It can be very busy in there and if the new posts page is predominantly u shaped fun then it could detract from the great serious and informative content on the rest of the site.
