:cry:Oh God, Steve, I can't stop crying now.... That last bit is so true. I still wake at night and put my hand down to the side of the bed to tickle Sasha's ears and let her know all is well.....but now she isn't there. But I still feel her looking at me at times for reassurance..... and don't think the hurt will ever go away.

Thanks for that even though our Susie is still here, I read all the stories of pets lost and now I cherish the days we have left with her:Sad: knowing that, that time is near.

I dare not watch it, My harvey Bear went to sleep earlier this year, was dreadful, felt like I lost part of me, Still miss him although I have 2 other dogs, I had him since I was a teenager. Best dog in the world (in my eyes)
