Just bought a couple of 1lb silicone loaf cases to use in my double skillet. (Bought them in local pound shop.) Probably won't use to make bread but very useful for heating up sauces/veg/etc in top skillet while cooking something meaty underneath. Remove carefully (they are a bit floppy) and you don't have two big pans to wash up. Unfortunately the two don't fit easily into the one skillet but if you're just using one you could cook something else in water in the space remaining. All over one low gas flame - can't be bad.
