We are booked from Dublin to Holyhead on June 2 and the plan is to travel down the coast of Wales and on to Cornwall to see the Eden Project. We only have about 12 days and will be returning through Pembroke. Any suggestions on sites to stay and routes for that trip would be greatly appreciated.

as you're going through south wales you could do worse than a night at <<dylans>> campsite.
maybe get a discount as dylan is a member of mh fun as well.

Hi Pat

A good campsite close to The Eden Project is Doubletrees Farm at St Blazey Gate.

We've just had 12 days there and have booked in for 6 weeks during June / July.

Superb quiet site - amazing views of St Austell Bay - 1 mile from Eden Project - grassy site but well drained - spotless shower block etc - friendly owners and collie dog - 300 yards from main road with garage, shop, pub and bus stops - £12 a night with EHU.

It's a lovely area and not too touristy - great places to visit easily by public transport - Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, Charlestown, Mevagissey, Truro, Newquay to name but a few!

Have fun - you'll love it!

7 Years after 5 years with caravan.
Another place we liked is not far from Brecon. It's called Aberbran and is a Caravan Club £6 site with hook-up, water and drainage for grey and chemical. There's no toilet / shower block, etc.. A peace and quiet site in a lovely area.
