Turned out nice and sunny today so dragged the boneshaker out for a ride,went out the West Highland Way as far as the Carbeth huts before turning up into Mugdock country park. The bike is a GT same as @Wildbill s,apart from being well unfit I had a good ride. More to follow as I want to lose a bit of weight and get fit before I get much older.

Lovely part of the world and looks a nice day, I did a training run over Conic hill a couple of weeks ago as I've entered the Fling race, although it was ideal for running the view was terrible at the top.

Nice pic, I love Loch Lomond as I virtually spent my childhood there. My parents had a static at inverbeg and a cabin cruiser, before they had the van they kept the boat at Duck Bay. Used to spend most weekends and school holidays there.

Spent a few years around Duck Bay in my early twenties waterskiing.
