image.jpeg This is the first time I have been out on my bike since November, weather was horrible since we came home so kept putting it off. Then my back started playing up because of the lack of exercise, after seeing a physio last week it's much better so went for a spin out the West Highland Way today and came back through Mugdock Country Park. Pic is at Mugdock Castle.

I have friends that live at Milngavie actually on Tannoch loch so you must have cycled past them.

No,I don't go that way. There are paths from my house to Milngavie that I use, don't like riding on the road if I can avoid it.
