When I was younger I always had what would be classed as 'normal' blood pressure. A year or so ago during an asthma check up my BP was quite high. I got an upper arm type to monitor it as requested. My BP came down again, doc was happier, I stopped checking it at home and I don't even know where the monitor is now.
