Finally in France yippee

    Arrived in roscoff on Saturday towing a car and wondering what we faced , we then headed towards quimper and the roads were excellent no hastle no stress
    We are now in yellow village near penmarch/ gullvinec
    Beautiful site right on the beach lots of activities for cyclists, walkers surfers etc ,Going to drive around and visit as much as we can in the area over the next week or so , any suggestions :Wink:

    So is the campsite wi-fi still centred on the laundrette or has its range increased?

    The beaches either side of the headland at Pointe de la Torche and the fishing port at St Guenole are both worth a trip. We had a surfing holiday there a few years ago based at that campsite - I used to cycle down to Pointe de la Torche every morning to do a wave check for some friends who were staying further up the coast. Concarneau is an unusual place - worth a day trip if you've got no other plans or if it's not beach weather.

    You're probably too late in the year to catch the tulip fields between La Torche and Plomeur at their best so here's a nice piccy:
