Don't use comparison websites. We're insured through Advance and if you ask in the right forum there'll be lots of answers for you. Some are insured through Comfort, some through the clubs i.e. Caravan Club, Camping & Caravan Club (you need to be a member for them)

and Hello from another Scouser (Anfield area, Molyneux Rd. inbeween Newsham Park and the Palace Ice Rink) hope you have as much fun and enjoyment as we have since venturing forward and converting our Merc. Sprinter (with a family friend October 2010) My 'Tour Manager' (Gill) is another Scouser, she comes from the 'posh' end of Liverpool (Childwall) where they keep a bowl of fruit on the sideboard even though nobody is ill and still think Sex is what the coalman delivered coal in. We travel approx. 3k miles each year, mainly in the Yorkshire Dales and France so you have a lot to look forward to. We look upon it as 'Living our Dream on a Pension', Good luck to you both.

I also have a 'U' shaped lounge Swift Kontiki and I still love it after 6 years.

We have covered almost 50,000 miles in it since we bought it in 2008.
We mostly go to Benidorm Spain now as we love the weather and we take the dogs with us.
