Can anybody tell me if it is possible to replace the standard Fiat steering wheel (on my 2015 Ducato) with one that has the radio and phone controls on it?
Is the wiring likely to be present or would I have to fit this as well.

Thanks
John

Cant say yes or no but most vehicles today share a common harness on all variants with most connections available but blanked or simply left loose.

Why make 6 or 7 different harness for 6 or 7 models when one can cover all models with a few redundant connectors.

You'd better ask Fiat that question. To the best of my knowledge Fiat's own cruise control system cannot be retro fitted because they use two different wiring harnesses. If they have different harnesses for cruise or not then different harnesses for steering wheel controls or not is an easy jump.
