Traveling towards Skipton yesterday I was overtaken by a fast Honda CRV. He hit my driver's side mirror structure and knocked it off. It now dangles held on by the rubber pipes.
So, my question, does the whole structure have to be replaced? Any prospect that just the arms that hold it and carry the wires could be replaced instead?
And, any tips on how easy it is to do the job. My vehicle is a 2004 Hymer Exsis. I spot the same mirror on many Fiat based motorhomes. Thanks in advance.
