Fiat Ducato Mk1 Front Bumper-Help (1 Viewer)

Hi All

Someone decided not to hitch their car transporter trailer up properly and its popped off its hitch and crashed into my MH. 2001 Autotrail Cheyyenne, Fiat Ducato 2.8 base.

Fortunately its only damaged the bumper and the front 1/4 panel. The guy who did it is beig really good (policeman). It could have been far worse as the car transporter was the type with a roof.

We are however having a problem sourcing a new bumper, they are specific MH bumpers not general van bumpers, as there is a lower skirt attached to the MH ones.

Does anyone know the best place to try and source one from.

It may be down to the model. You call it a ' mark 1 ' but state it is a 2001?

If it is the mark 1 square front of around 80-95 vintage then it will have the single bar with the skirt.

If it is a 2001 vintage it will have a large plastic bumper.

The thin metal bumper bar of the mark one can be sourced from ebay and the skirt can either be replaced or repaired.

If it is a large plastic one, then these can be replaced without an issue.

It is a MarkII, silly me, the big plastic one.

Any advise n where to start looking?

Its this type of bumper, my fault its a MkII, autotrail say its Fiat and Fiat say they don't know what part it is if its a different type other than a van.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Don't worry about it being a pug one - they are all the same. If you go back to the menu on the site, you can choose a fiat.

If your front panel is damaged, it may be worth you throwing a free hundred extra pounds and updating the front end to the newer shape
