There are specialist outlets for bearings, if there is one near you (Google to find) they may be able to help but they may only be open Saturday morning if at all over the weekend.
It won't be a Fiat part, just a bearing which does the same job. You will need to take the old bearing to them so they can measure it.

For example: http://www.bearingsuppliersclydachsa6.co.uk/

Just be aware that if its only rear wheel bearings then no problem but if its fronts and a Maxi chassis you will need a BIG hydraulic press, I did one recently and it took a 50 tonne press to remove the drive flange from the bearing and then the bearing from the hub carrier.

There should be zero play in Ducato front wheel bearings as they are a pre loaded taper roller setup, any play evident is due to wear and they WILL fail, probably sooner rather than later. Another point is the centrla hub nut on front wheels, it is VFT, either 380 or 420NM depending on shaft diameter.
