Just a note to give a BIG pat on the back to Fiamma, Italy.

We emailed Fiamma direct with a couple of photos regarding a patio mat we purchased last summer and which was starting to disintergrate. Within 10 days we had a replacement, no arguments, no hassle, they never even asked to see the invoice.

If only all companies were like that! Well done Fiamma!
