    Hi all

We're in the Shetlands at the moment where sadly not getting this heatwave your all apparently enjoying? In fact quite the opposite with a fair bit of rain!

The other day I noticed a few drips of water around the Fiamma air/electric vent that replaced the standard fit on our 2002 Hymer before we acquired it. It poured last night and I had to resort to a bowl beneath. The leak seems to be emanating from within the casing as opposed around the outer edge. Cannot really get up to look but removal of a few screws from below has water seeping out from within the unit moulding.

Hopfuly, nothing is getting into the roof! Anyone had any experience of this problem?
Short of getting up somehow I'm not sure if I should be trying to tape it or cover it temporarely.

    Any advice please?

    Dave

I fitted one a few years ago, good as gold.

The outside is screwed down from the top so you can unscrew the inside, drop it and have a good look around.
