Anyone found any cheap ferry offers lately?:Cool:

:party2:Last year Dover-Calais (Caravan club) £46.00:party2:

:whatthe::cry:This year £94.00 doubled + a bit.:whatthe::cry:

Anyone else noticed this increase in price? Or was I just lucky last year. (And yes I am a tight Welsh git::bigsmile:)

Booking via the ferry company's website is the same price.

Hi Taran_Las,
From one Welshman to another........We used air miles (well actually Avios points) from Tesco to part pay for our ferry last year and this.
Doesn't make it any cheaper but it's an option.

DFS are doing some specials again this year but they are at strange times on odd days. Give them a ring to check deals. Au Revoir

I must have caught them on a good price day.
Just booked a Hull / Zeebrugge return for an 8.5 metre motorhome and
they amazed me with £240. Took there hands off straight away incase they had made a mistake.

Hi Phil, I would say there will be a code for DFDS after the NEC show in February, so hang fire unless you need one before then.::bigsmile: Bob.

Are you sure it's not £240 EACH WAY .... :Eeek:

The cheapest cabins on their own are £98 so somethings not right there! :shout:

Edited to say: Just done a 'mock' booking for crossings in May & June for an 8.5m MH via the website and it came in at £249 each way so I definitely think the cost of £240 is ONE WAY ... might be worth checking your booking! :shout:

Do the prices go up like with flights? We always look at things, wait and then end up paying more!
