    Hi.
Thanks for the info, have you tried . The Festival of the Plough ? up near Bawtry. Several acres being ploughed by all sorts of tractors and horses, going on all day. You can stay overnight with prior permission?. Try this link ?

Or something close, and you can read all about it,20th sept. I loved it,but then again,my "Aspiration",was not to own a m/home,but a Ford Standard Tractor....... I failed my 11plus as well,i did not get the Mercian cycle reward, but hey ho, got a Daws Clansman and went around northern Spain with 4 more lads at 16,result.

Hey that looks like a good show, not sure I can make it this year as it's a bit close to the Adventure Overland show meet at Stratford on Avon which we are marshaling

Just a reminder for any one looking for a good stop over with a difference. 12 noon Friday 7th to 12 noon Monday 12th August just £20 including unlimited show entry on Friday and Saturday. Not far from Romsey and the New Forest, lovely part of the country. Bus service to Salisbury close by. All proceeds to Macmillan Nurses.

What a pity, it looks like a good couple of days, but as Popeye said the Bristol Balloon Fiesta is on that weekend too.:(

Must make a note of the event for future years. Thanks for informing us(y)

Don't forget if you are in the area Saturday or Sunday even if you don't want to camp with us. All in a great cause. The postcode is SO51 9DQ. Mind it's not too late to come and camp, just arrive anytime from midday Friday and stay up to midday on Monday, just £20 donation in the Macmillan pot and you get unlimited access to the old time harvest.

The postcode I was given is incorrect, sorry! The event is on Whinwhistle Rd, Ower. Off the A36 between J2 M27 and West Wellow. There should be plenty of signs out to follow
