Faulty light warning light?? (1 Viewer)

Hi folks, had a warning light come up on the dash, and after looking in the service book it says that a bulb is faulty, so out on the drive my son and I tried in vain to find the faulty bulb, we have so far had no luck, can anyone help or is it simply a technical glitch??

People chasing this little gremlin often forget to check

1 .Brake lights inc high level stop lamp with ignition on

2. Number plate lights

3. Hi level and side Marker lights

...and are any of the lights twin bulbs?

I had an Omega a few years ago started this and the rear tail lamp had two bulbs and in daylight I couldn't see the second one wasn't working.

Oooh thats a clever bit of kit, how does it know theres a light out

we had the same and looked for the faulty bulb lots of times till we found it was the bulb for the number plate , good luck in finding yours :thumb:
