Just what we have been looking for ...........Link Removed, look at the 'Remote Car Alarm'!

We have all the security you can ask for on the outside of the M/H ....also have a tracker fitted instead of the alarm system but as it's parked next to the house have wanted some type of alarm to let us know if some scum are in the M/H .... this is it!

And at under £30 .................:thumb:

Good idea, but does it have the range for the noisy bit to be in the house?

Hi Peter
Covers upto 30 metres from the sensor to the module .... Sensor has a small ariel on it if you look at the picture.
Have ordered one today so will update once it has arrived.

Cant remember which one but Aldi or Lidl sell the same remote alarm as we bought one when we had the caravan never fitted it and motorhome has extra one fitted so still sitting in box cant remember how much but im sure it was a bit cheaper than that.

Well, it arrived yesterday and was promptly unpacked, batteries added and then tried out!

Does it work ..... is it worth the dosh ?????????????:Sad:

You bet it is !! Fantastic bit of kit! :thumb:

Very easy to use / set-up and the alarm siren itself ( the bit that stays in the house so you can hear ) ............ Blimey it's loud !

You are able to change various settings incase, say a remote garage door control, sets it off.

All in all, very pleased with it and now have piece of mind I should be able to catch some un-suspecting low life scum breaking into our new M/H as they won't know anything about the noise cus it's in the house !!! ..... Bring it on !:thumb:

If you aint got one .... GET ONE ! Well worth the money !

We have a wireless alarm system in the house so when the van is at home, we just extend the system to it, it has a door alarm and PIA detector. Just a thought if you also have a wireless alarm at home.
