It all depends on what your little connector is connected too
and what style it is.
If its already fixed to the van chances are its already regulated and a proper connector is available for it:thumb: pics are worh a thousand words

OOPS, sorry Geo forgot to say that ext. bbq point is fitted to my van as standard with a on off valve in place , picture is a problem as van is in store I have propane gas system and the little connector is an adaptor / safety piece

in that case you should need nothing more than a BBQ, hose and hose clip to connect hose to adaptor.

but.....look at your bottle to regulator hose, unless its a bottletop reg, and see if it has any hose coming off it between the bottle and regulator....certainly shouldnt have one.
