    Yep Nikki's fault.

had a couple of nights away at a little cL just up the road. Nikki went in the car, me the van.

Coming to go away and I ran over Tara's expensive raised dog bowls :Doh:

Nikki's fault of course, she left them there.

    Dog bowls

Got to ask: were they bowls for an expensively raised dog, or expensive bowls? Would the dog know the difference?

Could have been worse, you could have run over the dog's bowels.

Some folk think a raised dog bowl leads to the dog getting bloated...

(I can't believe I stopped work to Google "Raised Dog Bowls".)

I have said this before but I once had a large dog very similar to yours who was kept hooked to the tow bar of the van. Yes we drove off and forgot he was there. He proved to be a very good runner.

Girls have bowels as well as boys, JJ. It's the other things beginning with b and ending with l that they don't have

Ha ha buttons. Don't think Tara would run far...

JJ, it's actually the other way round, depending on who you listen to. Large breed dogs eating off the floor tend to get bloat.

Get yourself to TKMaxx Paul. Don't know if your local one has any in but we get them in quite often. Metal framed or toughened plastic framed. :thumb: not that expensive either. Under £15 for the double one.

Yeah cheers Bev, Got them now, we do have a TK max and everytime we go in there we think of you and comment about how crap it must be compared to yours, when the staff are rude "nikki and I say, Bev wouldn't of spoke to us like that" they haven't a clue what we are talking about but always gets them thinking. :Rofl1:

We've had some great ski jacket bargains in there and I have got loads of clothes there lately all for great prices.
Never Dog bowls though? didn't even occur to me when I went across the road to pests at home and got some for £22 yesterday, although I did manage to negotiate a 10% discount.
