Visited Travelworld today to collect my Hymer MLT, it had been in for some warranty work and its annual habitation inspection. All I can say is that on this occasion the they have exceeded my expectations. Nothing I pointed out was to much trouble, granted these are expensive items from new and you expect good service. But I've had the van nearly 2 years now and despite some faults with regards the van Travelworld have always dealt with any issues without complaint and like I say on this occasion exceeded my expectation.
