We are off to Evesham on Thursday, this week the CC have a temp site by the river.
We've been there before, it's a lovely spot and a nice walk into town along the river bank. Hopefully the Pub is doing the same Steak deal they were doing last year!

Evesham has the best Indian restaurant for miles around, the Blue Lagoon on Waterside. Very reasonable prices, friendly, some unusual dishes and they give the ladies a red rose when they leave. It's our favourite.

The scruffy end of town is a bit of an eyesore, but the main shopping area is much better and worth a visit. Around the river is lovely.

We could only manage two nights on the rally, down by the Hampton Ferry. Lovely spot facing the river. Dog was happy-swimming!

Walked along river walk, up through the Park & round the Abbey into town. Yes there are some closed shops and some Charity shops etc. but every town has them now. There are some lovely old buildings in town too! We had excellent steaks in The Old Red Horse pub!

Lovely place Evesham. Used to visit every year when friends lived there. Great Thai restaurant on the high street.
