I do think a big problem on really quiet rural roads in the arse end of nowhere is that the locals just don't expect anything coming the other way, as in one old lady skidding to a halt a couple of feet from my front bumper, she Yaris me Renault Trafic LWB, 'bloody hell lad, nowt ever comes up here'. I was living, nearly breathing proof that actually something did!
