This is simply is not true, I think its pretty obvious that every customer will notice at some stage and I would much rather get it over with then draw it out any longer than necessary.
We are fighting EuropaSIM on a daily basis to either regain access to their activation portal where customer data is stored so that we can contact customers directly if they do not.
I am hopeful that EuropaSIM are going to provide us with a list of affected customers and their e-mail addresses soon so that at least we or them can contact them to alert them to the issue as we would have done on the 18th had we still had access to this data.
