Some of us will be delighted to learn that, under the latest Human Rights Legislation, Freeloading, Fulltime Motorhomers are now allowed to park up anywhere they choose within the EU...

however...

Portugal refuse to recognise this and the GNR are seizing any motorhome parked up further than 2 metres from the next van unless on an approved campsite that is part of the local "Back Hander Benefit" scheme.
