Hi everyone THE MEET IS ON xxxxxxxxx so heres all the information I can think of:

The meet is being held at Waldegraves, Mersea Island which is just outside Colchester in Essex.

    Waldegraves website is:

    http://www.waldegraves.co.uk

Pitch prices £16 per night which includes 4 people. extra people charged at £3 per night. (only £1 more expensive per night than last year).

Dogs charged at £2 per night each.

Awnings charged at £4 per night.

The cost INCLUDES your saturday night HOG ROAST :thumb::thumb::thumb:

    Check in after 3pm
Latest departure time on Sunday is 3pm.

gate deposit if you need it will be £10 which is refundable providing the access key/card is returned.

Everything is nearly the same as last year.

For those who didnt join us here goes:

We CAN meet/greet and barbeque in the sink area - providing we leave it clean and tidy. You are welcome to bring some cakes or cookies or something and all get together. We will put the barbeque up both for heat and you are welcome to cook on it in the evenings.

Mulled wine and mince pies will be in abundance courtesy of both Jaws and us and you are welcome to extend your stay too.

If the pitches are too wet we can use the roadway in the centre of the touring field and the car park by the toilet block instead as long as the exits are not blocked, so bring long electric leads just in case.

The Hog Roast weekend starts Friday 25th November to Sunday 28th November with the main event on:-

Sat 26th End of Season Party singer and Blues Brothers Tribute - come and celebrate the end of the 2011 season with caberet and a hogroast - vegetarian options available too

Remember to bring your best fancy dress too. That goes for both adults and the children - but it is optional. Apart from hogroast, last year they also had a variety of food choices including curry and vegetarian dishes so dont worry if you dont eat pork.

There is an onsite restaurant open every afternoon and evening that does an excellent sunday roast which is value for money especially considering the large portions they dish up so you have an option to join us for lunch in the restaurant before making your way home on the Sunday.

You are also welcome to join us on Friday evening in the restaurant too.

You can book online or by telephone, dont forget to say you are from MotorhomeFun and give them your funster username and let me know as when you book.

You can book right up until the last minute as they will be keeping that touring field EXCLUSIVELY for use by MOTORHOMEFUN now theres not many sites that do that xxxxxx

They have a golf course, a driving range, childrens play area, access to the beach, dog walking area and a fishing lake, see their website for more details. Dont forget your pool cue too if you play.

If you dont have a motorhome, you are still welcome to join us, just book one of their statics £130 approx Fri to Monday - dogs charged extra.

If you are still unsure have a look at the 2009 meet photos which show some of the site too http://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=6102010

or the Hogroast photos from 2010 http://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=644

    See you there xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So I rushed to the site and read......Waldegraves Holiday Park, holder of the coveted David Bellamy Gold Award for Conversation.........

I thought...wow an award for conversation...I could get one of dem,

den I taught I must be avin a dixsleyc moment....

bit like i said in a previous message how one iccle typo error can completely change the context of a sentence,
ie... Kiss me/y Hardy...overheard at some baccle somewhere
