electrolux rm4401 piezo igniter problem (1 Viewer)

Hi all the piezo igniter has stopped working on our hymer 544 the switch lights

up but it is not sparking worked ok last week any ideas as to what is wrong

Is it a battery powered igniter or powered from the 12volt supply?

Obviously if it is battery powered... you have already checked the battery...

If it is 12 volt powered and the relevant fuse is ok then you might need to buy new bits...

found the problem took a deep breath and stirpped down the burner and gave it a good clean as it looked a bit rusty and now working like a hero
