I've just got my first motorhome and need to test the electrics before going on the rd I've got a pennine mains hook-up adapter what I need to know is can i plug this into van and run off the house mains to test van electrics

Depends if you have a 13 amp to 16 amp adapter to plug your hook up into

Available at most camping shops and online.

Yes as in picture from allanm that the one I've got mains plug is 13amp other end
Sands 16amp so should be OK

Had a motor home for years and always keep it plugged in on the drive when it's at home.

Before first trip, test everything, don't assume anything works, check for leaking pipes etc. Turn fridge on the day before you leave, so it starts nice and cold.
