Electrics problem with an Autocruise Starburst (1 Viewer)

Morning everyone, we are currently on site with friends who have a 2009 Autocrise Starburst. Least evening their power went down. We tried all the obvious stuff:
Reset the main trip on the Electroblock
Swapped our leads into each others site sockets
Switched my lead for theirs
Checked all the fuses

All to no avail. The only thing I can think of (once happened e to me with our first van) is that the Electroblock itself has packed in. Has anyone any helpful thoughts?

Just a thought, check the plugs on the cable.

Hi do's your control panel still work, if not remove the panel disconnect the leads for 30 secs then reconnect them this happened to mt autotrail and it worked for me.

Thanks for the replies so far; Martin is just trying the second suggestion, as the block was not working at all. Will post another reply shortly.

Well, no joy. Martin disconnected the block a suggested but it is still. Dead duck. Looks like a new duck is called for, but they can manage today and tomorrow on gas and 12v sources, then get it fixed once home. Thanks for the swift replies though; just shows the value of Motorhome Fun as a resource.
