ELECSOL 110 Carbon Fibre Battery - replacement? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

We need to replace a pair of the above batteries as they have finally given up the ghost. As they are no longer available, any recommendations for replacements please? They are for an Apache 700 so I would prefer something the same physical size to fit in the existing battery locker. There is a solar panel fitted and we don't wild camp but do use some sites with no mains hook up.

I know that the EXIDE G80/ES900 is the same size so you can certainly use them but be aware that they are GEL batteries and the charging system needs to have rather correct settings. Otherwise just look up the size and do a cross reference.

Thank You Martin - I worded the post badly, I meant to ask what brands are worth considering at the moment. Our charger unit is an EC225 which is designed for lead acid batteries but "may be used with Gel depending on how the battery is made". so I will steer clear of Gel ones
