Had one of the older ones Dave,it was OK but not as well put together as the German makes. Perhaps they are better now.

Have you had one for long? Looking at both German and French vans, long given up on Brit ones, they all lack vision...

Dave
You still in Gods country?

Our Autostratus ek has now done 8 euro trips including N W Spain and Germany, longest was 8 weeks. Ok, the 2.5 d is not exactly a flier(hills are slow fully loaded) but we only chug along anyway and its economical to run and service. Everything works (pumps heating electrics,) its comfortable enough for 2 and a dog (even 3) and it does a solid job. And it doesn't leak whatsoever, we have an annual hab check.
We like it. No, its not a Rapido or Hymer but frankly for the price, we are well pleased considering we spend nearly 4 months a year living in it. A good van imop. Well put together and reliable for the money.

We had on 05 plate for four years. Loved it. Brakes replaced on first service other than that no issues. I did get her remapped which made low speed torque a pleasure. Only replaced her as the right van came up at the right time

I had a 1.3 petrol one. Brilliant van with a great layout but if ShiftZZ hasn't been persuaded yet we're not going to convince him now :giggle:
